In July 2026, Tip Tray Theatre held an R&D for a new show in development called ‘What’s Really Mine?’

The week was full of complex conversations, exploration and loads of laughs. Through guided writing activity, improvisation and lots of big paper thinking we created the material in this video and more

What’s Really Mine? is a creative project by and for young people aged 14-25. It explores our connection with our hometowns, our community and the spaces that exist within them. In it’s current form it follows four young people who are experiencing hardships personally, professionally or socially.

This one week Research and Development was supported by Shakespeare North Playhouse and their Origin8 programme.
